Limitations of this free data source: PPD only includes completed sales lodged with HM Land Registry — remortgages without a sale are not visible. For remortgage detection we'd add the paid Mortgage Data feed in Phase 3. Address matching is fuzzy on the leading house number; flats and conversions may need manual triage.
